The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process personal data only where necessary and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

2. Website usage

Our website is designed to collect as little personal information as possible.

We do not use advertising cookies, profiling technologies or third-party tracking services such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar technologies.

If you contact us via our contact form or by email, we process the information you voluntarily provide, including:

4. CRM processing

Customer enquiries are managed using the Copper CRM platform. We have concluded appropriate contractual arrangements where required by applicable data protection law.

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties unless necessary for processing your request or required by law.

5. Server log files

For technical and security reasons, our hosting provider automatically stores server log files, including IP address, date and time of access, requested resource and browser information.

These log files are used exclusively to ensure the secure operation of the website and are automatically deleted after a short retention period, generally no later than seven days, unless longer retention is required for security purposes.

6. Artificial intelligence

Where appropriate, we use AI-assisted technologies to support content creation and business communication.

Where personal data is processed through such services, processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and appropriate contractual safeguards.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:
